By renting a vehicle from us, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet the eligibility requirements stated in your rental agreement. You agree to provide accurate and current information at the time of booking.

You may not use our vehicles for illegal purposes, off-road driving, racing, or any activity that violates local traffic laws.

SECTION 2 – PAYMENT & CHARGES

All payments must be made in full before or at the time of vehicle collection unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Additional charges may apply for late returns, traffic violations, damage, refueling, or additional mileage beyond the agreed limit.

SECTION 3 – CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on our cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

SECTION 4 – VEHICLE USE & RESPONSIBILITY

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received. Any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle may result in additional charges.

You must comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations while using our vehicles. Smoking and carrying hazardous materials inside vehicles are strictly prohibited.

SECTION 5 – INSURANCE & LIABILITY

Basic insurance coverage may be included depending on your selected plan. Additional coverage options can be purchased at the time of booking for extra protection.

Easy Car Rental Services shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of our vehicles unless caused by our proven negligence.

SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services or pricing at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bookings already confirmed before the modification.

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical issues beyond our control.
