Unlimited Mileage Options
At Easy Car Rental Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd., we offer an Unlimited Mileage Option, allowing customers to travel without worrying about a fixed kilometer limit, subject to our rental terms and vehicle-use policy.
However, unlimited mileage does not mean that regular servicing and maintenance can be ignored. Customers are required to follow the recommended servicing schedule during their rental period to ensure the vehicle remains safe, reliable, and in proper condition.
Our Servicing Support
If the customer is able to bring the vehicle to our Easy Car Rental Kathmandu facility, we will provide the required regular servicing free of charge during the rental period, subject to applicable servicing requirements.If returning to our facility is not practical because the customer is travelling outside Kathmandu, the customer may take the vehicle to an authorized service center of the respective vehicle brand after coordinating with our team.
For eligible regular scheduled servicing, the customer can pay the service center directly and provide the required invoice/receipt to us. The applicable regular servicing cost will then be reimbursed by Easy Car Rental Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd., subject to prior coordination and company approval.

One-Way Car Rentals
Easy Car Rental Kathmandu Pvt. Ltd. also provides one-way car rental services, allowing customers to pick up a vehicle in Kathmandu and return it at an approved destination, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Because our standard rental operation is based in Kathmandu, returning a vehicle to a different city requires additional operational arrangements. We may need to send our driver and inspection/operations team to the vehicle's designated drop-off location to complete the inspection, documentation, and vehicle recovery process.
Therefore, a specific one-way / vehicle recovery charge will apply depending on the destination and operational requirements.
The applicable charge may include reasonable costs such as:
- Driver and inspection team travel expenses
- Airfare, where air travel is required
- Road transportation or other necessary travel expenses
- Accommodation or other reasonable operational expenses, where applicable
- Vehicle recovery and related operational cos
The exact one-way charge will be calculated based on the destination and communicated to the customer before the booking is confirmed.
Our aim is to provide a convenient one-way rental option while ensuring that the vehicle is safely inspected, recovered, and returned to our operational facility.
